From August 30 to September 1, 2024, the Mondovì International Dog Show (CN) took place, a three-day event that brought together some of the best dogs and handlers in Italy. This exhibition, organized under the aegis of ENCI
(👉Italian National Kennel Club), is one of the most anticipated events in the Italian dog show calendar.
The Mondovì International Show is renowned for its high level of competition and for the opportunity it offers participants to obtain important titles and qualifications. During the three days, dogs of different breeds are judged according to breed standards by expert judges from all over the world.
The true protagonist of this event was my beloved Gallinagos in a Dream, affectionately known as Vivienne. This magnificent Cocker Spaniel specimen once again demonstrated her value, conquering the podium on each day of the event. But the most exciting moment came on the last day, when Vivienne obtained the prestigious title of:
👑 Veteran Best in Show 🥇
Vivienne's results are extraordinary!
🏆 BOB VET (Best of Breed Veteran) - Vivienne was judged as the best specimen of her breed in the veteran category.
🏆 VCACIB (Veteran Certificat d'Aptitude au Championnat International de Beauté) - An important international recognition that contributes to the title of International Veteran Champion.
🏆 VCAC (Veteran Certificato di Attitudine al Campionato) - An important step towards the title of Italian Veteran Champion.
These results not only testify to Vivienne's beauty and conformity to breed standards but also her vitality and splendid bearing despite her advanced age.
Vivienne's success would not have been possible without the support of an exceptional team. Special thanks go to Alessia Corradini, our handler, for her impeccable presentation during these three intense and exciting days, and to Federica Villicich Jupither for her impeccable grooming work that allowed Vivienne to present herself at her best.
This experience at the Mondovì International Show will forever remain in our hearts, not only for the results achieved but also for the emotions experienced and the friendships consolidated in the world of dog breeding. It is a further confirmation of the importance of these events in promoting excellence in the breeding and presentation of purebred dogs.
