WHO AM I
"My love for Cockers started many years ago.."
It all began on a hot summer afternoon in 2012. After finishing my grocery shopping, I happened upon a shop window that caught my eye. Inside, I saw something, or rather someone, who would forever change my life...
It was a tiny creature, huddled up with a sorrowful gaze. Intrigued, I stepped inside to inquire, and upon learning that "if he isn't sold, he'll remain here for the next two days of closure (August 15th holiday)," I made an impulsive decision to bring him home. Unfortunately - at that time I lacked the knowledge I possess today and failed to ask any important questions during the purchase. It wasn't until I took him to the vet that I discovered he was barely 40 days old, and it dawned on me that perhaps he had never even been with his mother.
As the puppy grew into a beautiful adult dog, it displayed signs of intolerance towards other dogs, occasionally growling at them. Concerned about this behavior, I sought the help of a dog trainer. Luckily, I found an excellent trainer - Gloria Spini - who not only helped me address the behavioral issues but also inspired me to become a dog trainer myself.

Driven by a strong desire to gain a deeper understanding of dogs and provide them with the best possible assistance, I dedicated myself to extensive studies and attended numerous courses both in Italy and abroad. It was during this journey that I discovered my profound love for puppies, prompting me to welcome my second Cocker Spaniel into my life. She was a spirited bundle of joy, and together we embarked on various activities, including Obedience, Agility, and even Search & Rescue.
My initial goal was to establish a profound connection with my dog, comprehending her needs, behaviors, and emotions on a profound level. Each day brought forth new revelations, making the journey a truly unique experience.
Eventually, my dream became a reality, and I achieved my aspiration of becoming a certified dog trainer.
"The knowledge I have acquired is crucial for raising my puppies in a proper and balanced manner."
But it wasn't enough for me... So I started studying the breed, getting to know the most important breeders, and eventually started getting some puppies. Of course, I got scammed few times, but fortunately, I also got some beautiful dogs on which I could build what is now known as the house of The Hazzard Family.

Slowly, with patience and lots of love, I started my journey that brought me to where I am today. Honestly, I don't know how to put into words what my little ones give me.
Participating in dog shows has become an integral part of my life. Initially, it was a daunting experience as I had to learn the ropes and establish a strong bond with my dogs in a completely new environment with its own set of rules. However, over time, my love for the show world grew, and stepping into the ring became an exhilarating experience. When I enter the ring, the outside world fades away, and it's just me and my dog, united as one. Words cannot fully capture the indescribable feeling of that moment.
In the world of dog shows, there are both triumphs and disappointments. However, I have come to embrace these ups and downs as an inherent part of the experience. Despite the passing years, the anticipation before entering the ring never diminishes. Each time, my heart beats faster, and my hands tremble with excitement. I can confidently say that every show is a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Now, you may wonder why I chose "The Hazzard Family" as the name for my breeding program. The decision was influenced by the names of my first three dogs: Bo, Daisy, and Luke, inspired by a popular TV series. Thus, when it came time to select a kennel name, "The Hazzard Family" was the natural choice.
"But above all - because for me they are my family, my life, my everything. And from that moment, in 2012, it all begin.."
